Bridal deposits

The charge of your bridal trial will act as your deposit. You may choose to pay your deposit ahead of your trial to secure your booking. Your date will be secured after the trial is completed and you are happy and satisfied to book. The trial amount will then be deducted from your total service amount.

Party deposits

I will ask for a deposit amount, per person to be paid to secure your booking, once date, time and location has been confirmed and agreed.

1:1’s deposits

A 50% deposit will be asked to be made for all training sessions booked.

Payments

I kindly ask that all Bridal payments to be made 24hours before the day of booking via transfer, if clients prefer to pay in cash i’d ask that this is made before the service begins.

I kindly ask all party booking payments are paid on the day before the service begins.

Remaining payments for 1-1’s will be asked to be paid before your training session/s begin.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable, once I have arrived at a location and completed a service, and this will always be to a clients satisfaction, I am happy to make amendments and adjustments to the clients preference. I’ll ensure that studio lighting as well as natural is used (where possible) to see how the look translates in person and in photos.

Refunds that are made are due having to cancel a booking myself.

Refunds aren’t eligible on any allergic reaction or skin reactions that may occur when using products as I am not responsible for brand product formulations, clients need to let me know well in advance, of any skin sensitivities and allergies.

Deposits are non-refundable as this covers any losses that would incur by keeping that date and time available. If you choose to cancel, a rescheduling option is available, but this would be subject to availability on new date requested.
